1.  Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using services provided by The Insurance Gurus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided The Insurance Gurus provides marketing, enrollment guidance, and consulting services for health insurance, specifically ACA (Affordable Care Act) marketplace products. We are not an insurance carrier.
3. User Responsibilities You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information when using our services. Misrepresentation may result in the termination of services.
4. Payment Terms: If any payment is required, it must be made using secure methods. We follow PCI-DSS standards and do not store full credit card information on our servers. 
5. Confidentiality & Compliance: We handle all client data in compliance with HIPAA-adjacent standards and industry best practices. We maintain the confidentiality of sensitive personal and financial information.
6. Electronic Communications: By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive communication via SMS, email, and phone, including marketing messages, under 10DLC and TCPA compliance.
7. Limitation of Liability: The Insurance Gurus is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our role is consultative and educational, and we do not guarantee enrollment outcomes.
8. Termination: We may terminate or suspend access to services for violation of terms, misuse, or fraud.
9.  Modifications: We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
